These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, emails and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By subscribing, accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
Hospo Hunter is operated by Emandelle Pty Ltd trading as Hospo Hunter. We source and curate information from publicly available sources about new hospitality venues opening in Australia and share this information with subscribers through the platform, email and secure links.

2. What we provide
- Platform access to curated data on new hospitality venues.
- Weekly and monthly emails containing curated new venue opportunities.
- Data sourced from public information and curated for convenience.
We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of the data. Venue plans may change without notice.
3. Subscriptions and payment
- Trial: new members receive a 14-day free trial. A valid payment card is required at sign up and no charge is made during the trial period.
- Pricing: the single user membership is $149 per month plus GST. All prices are exclusive of GST.
- Billing: billing begins at the end of the trial period and renews automatically each month until cancelled.
- Cancellation: you may cancel at any time. Access continues to the end of the billing period already paid for.
- Refunds: we do not offer refunds except as required by law.
- Exports: data export is available to paid members and is not available during the free trial.
4. Licence and restrictions
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the data for your internal business purposes only. You must not:
- Share, resell or redistribute the data outside your organisation.
- Use the data to create a competing service or database.
- Attempt to scrape, copy or automate downloads beyond what is provided.
5. Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the data complies with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) when sending marketing emails, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) when handling personal information, and any other applicable laws and regulations.
6. Service availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee it. The platform, emails and links may occasionally be delayed or unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Data is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or fitness for purpose. We are not liable for any loss, damage or missed opportunities arising from reliance on the data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
